Dr. Erik trained in Titleist Performance Instituted (TPI) Level 1 and Level 2 Medical to learn the key swing kinematics, develop fitness and rehabilitation programs, and help improve your golf game.

What is Physical Therapy?
Physical therapy is a healthcare profession that incorporates exercise and therapeutic modalities to help restore, improve, and maintain physical function and health.

"Dry" needling involves a thin filiform needle without medication or injection that penetrates the skin and stimulates underlying myofascial trigger points for the treatment of pain and movement impairments.
